Leprechaun Treasure Hunt

We’re going on a treasure hunt and it is thanks to these gorgeous free printables from The Crafting Chicks (printable Rainbow Shamrocks).
Leprechaun Treasure Hunt 1All good treasure hunts must have some booty!

Here’s a really cute bag you could make for your little treasure hunters.
Leprechaun Treasure Hunt 16To make these I used my Sizzix box maker die and some gorgeous St Patrick’s Day papers.

To make the handles I cut several strips of paper from a rainbow of colours.

I then stapled them on either side of the box.
Leprechaun Treasure Hunt 13I stuffed the box with Easter grass.
Leprechaun Treasure Hunt 14Then added some yummy treats!

Leprechaun Treasure Hunt 17I then went out into the garden and found a hiding place for our Treasure Bags.

I then hid the clues throughout the house and garden for a fun treasure hunt!

At afternoon tea time the kids were greeted with a Shamrock decorated with all the colours of a rainbow. It was their first clue!

Off we went on our treasure hunt to find the first colour.
